According to the Founder, Ebere Akadiri, “Our product are not just products, they are an experience mixed with pure joy.” They include Jollof Rice Spice, different Spice blends used in marinating and cooking of assorted meat products, suya BBQ spices –a Nigerian local spice for roadside grilling of chicken, beef and chicken, and All spice mix used for cooking practically all kinds of dishes to add excitement and joy in our everyday cooking.. Also in its offer will be recipe guides with corresponding spices, cooking tools, cooking workshops and handmade culture related items.

Ataro Food and Spices is a food company that packages and distributes custom mixed herbs and spices, fresh sauces for easy cooking. Their mission is to see West African cuisine offered in leading international restaurants and hotels and to make it more known among our target market. To raise awareness and positively help people experience more joy in their dining experience and to elicit negative perceptions associated with that region. West Africa has a rich culture and food plays a major role in that culture. Ebere wants more people outside the shores of West Africa to experience West African Culture, cooking and cuisine through her famous “Vibrant Cuisine of West Africa cooking workshops.

Her great passion is to share the rich, delicious and authentic tastes of West African cuisine.     ATARO will officially open its outlet shop on the 3rd of October 2015 at Princesstraat 18, 2513 CD Den Haag. Ataro’s place will house and sell Ataro’s products that include various herbs and spices used in the preparation of delicious and exciting meals inspired by West African recipes.

Every Wednesday and Friday, between 4 pm and 6 pm, Ataro will sell take out food products to our fun and adventurous customers who prefer to buy already cooked meals," says ATARO Founder Ebere Akadiri.
