Introducing West African cuisine to the Netherlands & the world!
We are Specialty Spice and Tea shop with West African origin. We also carry ready to eat meal and drinks for take out or dine in. We offer cooking guides and instruction on a do-it-yourself cooking. Please see schedule below for more information. We would like for you to stop by and visit our shop. When you walk in through our door, you will smell the sweet and flavorful aroma of our products and you will see beautiful African artwork and ornaments used in decorating our store. You will also hear the sound of beautiful African beats in the background. West African Cooking Workshops:What can you find at ATARO's PLACE?
The cooking workshops are interactive and hands-on. You’ll be cooking throughout the class and we normally make four to five recipes in this time and then all sit down at the end to enjoy your beautiful creations and chat more about being healthy and happy!
Vibrant Living Recipes
Our recipes include a variety of West African-styled party food, which is usually an array of authentic Nigerian dishes served with some continental dishes. We also offer a combination of individual recipes that can be used for home cooking.

We are located in the heart of The Hague Centrum on Prinsestraat 18, opposite Sumo Sushi and Grill Restaurant. You can conveniently park in car parks near us or use tram 17 which stops you behind us.
